180-room property opens today in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The first Hilton Garden Inn property in the Middle East opens today in Saudi Arabia.
The 180-room Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Olaya is located in the heart of the capital's business district.
The hotel also has a business centre and three meeting rooms, which can be combined to host up to 220 delegates theatre-style or 130 for a banquet.
It also offers complimentary wired and wi-fi access.
"The opening marks the entry of our first mid-market, mid-priced brand in the region. This is expected to be the first of many Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Saudi Arabia that we are developing with the owners, the Al Hokair Group," said Essam Abouda, vice-president of operations for Hilton Hotels, Arabian Peninsula and Indian Ocean.
