Inntel to continue managing energy company's conference and group accommodation
Energy company RWE Npower has reappointed Inntel to provide conference and group accommodation services until 2014.
Inntel has worked for the energy company, which owns domestic energy supplier Npower, for the past five years.
Inntel managing director, Douglas O'Neill, said that the contract was worth £3.5m last year but the value of the new deal is undisclosed.
RWE Npower group travel manager Jo Fildew said Inntel won the contract partly because of its technological innovation and service quality.
"We plan to introduce a number of technological advances in our work with Inntel," she said. "Inntel's i-Conference is a good management tool for our bookers and we're also interested in exploring how the new ‘traveller tracking' product could work for conference delegates."
